You'll want to stock up on chips because this delicious guacamole recipe will keep you coming back. All you need are a few simple ingredients and a couple minutes to mash the avocados. Serve this guacamole at a party, and your guests won't get enough.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium avocados, peeled and mashed with a fork
  • 1/4 cup seeded and finely chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions, rinsed and drained
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 Knorr® Garlic MiniCube(s), crumbled

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Garnish, if desired, with additional chopped green onions and serve with tortilla chips.
