Chimichurri Burgers

Ingredients

  • CHIMICHURRI SAUCE:
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • BURGERS:
  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs
  • 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix
  • 2 lbs. ground beef o ground turkey
  • 8 hamburger buns

Directions

  1. For Chimichurri Sauce, process all ingredients except Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise in food processor until smooth. Transfer to bowl and stir in Mayonnaise. Cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours.
  2. For Burgers, combine Mayonnaise, bread crumbs and Soup Mix in large bowl. Add ground beef and mix until combined; shape into 8 patties.
  3. Grill or broil patties until done. Serve on buns with Chimichurri Sauce and, if desired, lettuce and tomato.

TIP: If using ground turkey, oil grill or broiler pan before cooking.
