Easy Peruvian Ceviche

All it takes is one quick step to make this Easy Peruvian Ceviche appetizer recipe everyone will rave about. Serve this fresh seafood classic on its own, or with sweet potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. scallops o whitefish (sea bass or flounder), chopped
  • 1 cup lime juice, (about 4 to 5 limes)
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 habanero pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.

TIP: Serve with sweet potatoes.
