Bring milk, sugar, lemon peel and cinnamon sticks to a boil over medium heat in 6-quart pot. Stir in rice. Reduce heat to low and simmer cook rice, stirring frequently, until rice is tender, about 1 hour. Remove from heat. Stir in Country Crock® Calcium plus Vitamin D until melted.
Let cool 5 minutes, then sprinkle, if desired, with ground cinnamon.
