Ham & Mixed Vegetable Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ham steak, (1 inch thick)
  • 1/3 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Mayonnaise with Lime Juice
  • 1 can (14.9 oz.) mixed vegetables, drained
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp. grated lime peel
  • Lettuce leaves (optional)

Directions

  1. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook ham over medium-high heat, turning once, 4 minutes or until heated through. Cut ham into 1/2-inch chunks.
  2. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except lettuce. Serve over lettuce.
